Position Overview:

Seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant to join their finance team. Reporting to the Controller the Senior Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis for the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of a fastpaced SaaS company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthend and yearend close processes including preparation of journal entries account reconciliations and financial statement review.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decisionmaking.
• Assist with the preparation of financial forecasts budgets and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment for new revenue streams customer contracts and business initiatives.
• Collaborate with external auditors to support the annual audit process and address any audit inquiries or findings.
• Review and streamline accounting processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay abreast of accounting standards and regulations relevant to the SaaS industry and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 35 years of corporate accounting experience preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• CPA or experience working for a public accounting firm is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience. ($80000 $100000)
