Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs general accounting functions for the department and work closely with other members of the Accounting Team.
Provides supervision of personnel and leads within the department when the manager/supervisor is unavailable.
Knowledgeable of GAAP principles and for Hospital Accounting roles OSHPD guidelines for financial preparation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Minimum of 5 years accounting experience.
Working knowledge of general ledger systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead others.
Preferred:
Hospital/healthcare experience; experience in Hoags current ERP/Financial system.
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
