Roles Responsibility
1. Financial Data Entry: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software.
2. Vendor & customer reco: reconcilation of vendor & and customer ledger & and also communicated with vendor & customer.
3. Bank Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
4. Expense Tracking: Monitor and record expenses ensuring compliance with company policies.
5. Tax: General knowledge of TDS rate & applicabilities
6. General General Accounting of provisions Accrued Incomes and Journal Vouchers
ZOHO or Tally etc. Wellversed with Accounting tools like SAP
Exposure/Expectations
Strong Accounting background and knowledge of fundamental accounting
Keen to Learn and Explore new areas of works Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic Mail communications.
Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field (or currently pursuing a relevant degree).
