Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Oversee MonthEnd Close Processes: Take charge of the monthend close deliverables and perform ARM reconciliations with a strategic emphasis on enhancing operations at the UK site.
• Expertise in Tax and VAT Reporting: Spearhead the management of statutory tax and VAT reporting obligations particularly in Belgium leveraging deep knowledge of Belgium GAAP to ensure precision and compliance.
• Audit Facilitation and Compliance Assurance: Play a pivotal role in facilitating both internal and external audits. Uphold the highest standards of SOx compliance while ensuring strict adherence to general accounting practices thereby maintaining the integrity and reliability of financial reporting.
• Support Accounting Activities during Transitions: Collaborate effectively in the seamless transition of accounting activities crucial during the establishment of new facilities and the integration of new system setups ensuring continuity and efficiency.
• Inventory Management During ERP Transitions: Oversee the management of inventory during critical ERP transitions including migrations to Oracle SaaS to ensure operational continuity and inventory accuracy.
• Credit Approvals and Customer Setup: Take responsibility for credit approvals and the customer setup process implementing robust procedures to facilitate smooth business operations.
• Provide Comprehensive Local Accounting Support: Offer extensive local accounting support to business teams ensuring they have the financial insights and guidance needed to make informed decisions thereby contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
  
  

Your Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses meticulous recording and precise reporting of accounting transactions ensuring timeliness and accuracy at every step.
• General Ledger and Financial Statements Preparation: Skillfully prepare and reconcile general ledger entries financial statements and various accounting reports contributing to the financial integrity and transparency of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a CPA CMA CA or equivalent is required.
