Luxer One is a package locker company with a mission to completely solve the package problem. Our automated package lockers provide multifamily properties carriers and residents with a secure way to deliver and receive packages 24/7.

Luxer One has lockers in several thousand multifamily complexes nationwide and is constantly developing new technology and patents to improve the way people receive packages.

Luxer One is growing! Were seeking an enthusiastic customercentric Senior Account Manager (SAM) to join our team. In this role youll address our resident and property inquiries and help troubleshoot our systems. As a member of our support team you will be a key touchpoint for Luxer One and our endusers.

If you have a positive customercentric attitude and you want to have the authority to go the extra mile to make customers happy then youve come to the right place.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting 1000 Multifamily properties
  • Conduct healthchecks and proactive visits
  • Record and host webinars live trainings
  • Develop long term relationships to promote growth for customers
  • Maintain an uptime of >99%
  • Deliver an NPS score of 65 or greater
  • Identify opportunities for automation and selfservice


Requirements

Required skills:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Highly motivated to live the Core Values of Luxer One
  • Highly organized with proficient attention to detail
  • Great computer skills; a fast learner who can use a variety of software tools
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident courteous phone presence
  • Strong listening and responding skills
  • Dependable with a willingness to learn

Preferred experience:

  • Customer service industry: 612 months
  • Call Center experience preferred
