This regional employeeowned general contractor has been in operation for over 80 years. They have built a diverse portfolio of completed projects in a range of market sectors including commercial federal hospitality and multifamily.
Due to continued expansion and a secure longterm pipeline of projects they are appointing a Lead Project Manager to oversee their selfperform concrete division.
In this role you will lead the concrete mix design project delivery budget controls and schedule typically working on projects valued between $50M and $200M.
