La risorsa si inserir presso uno Studio Commercialista situato a Milano.
Ruolo e responsabilit
Il ruolo prevede un attivit segretariale in ambito back office e front office
In particolare la risorsa si occuper di:
- archiviazione pratiche
- gestione del centralino e accoglienza clienti
- deposito pratiche in camera di commercio
- attivit di back office amministrativo
Competenze
La/il nostro candidata/o ideale in possesso di:
- breve esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
- conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- ottime capacit organizzative
