Security Officer - CCTV Operator

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
  
• Monitor and operate surveillance systems including alarm systems and other security systems.
  
• Respond promptly to security incidents emergencies and alarms taking appropriate actions as necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate records of securityrelated activities and incident reports.
  
• Enforce access control procedures verifying the identity of individuals and ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises.
  
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to maintain a cohesive and secure environment.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns.
  
• Stay updated on security protocols and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  

Requirements

• Valid SIA CCTV Operator card.
  
• Previous experience in security law enforcement or a related field is preferred.
  
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  
• Basic computer literacy for report writing and accessing security systems.
  
• Physical fitness and ability to stand walk and perform patrol duties for extended periods.
