Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.

Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

About the role
As Security Manager you will be responsible for the overall security work at our distribution terminals and logistic network. This includes a broad variety of security related tasks in all areas of the everyday operations at our sites. Your assignment will consist of producing and implementing processes and routines regarding efficient security management practices follow data from our operations and form hypothesis as well as executing incident investigations when needed.You will work closely with the Site Manager at each site as well as other specialist functions in the organisation. As the work concerns all our production sites across the country you need to be able to travel frequently.

About you

• We are looking for an operational doer with previous experience from broad security work. It would be a big plus if you have worked with similar tasks in the logistics industry but its not a requirement.
• Datadriven and able to work through others to implement the actions you see fitting together
• In order to succeed in this role we envision you to be:

• Having previous experience from security management and being comfortable with both strategical questions and operational tasks
• Comfortable moving at a fast pace
• Enjoy being handson and create routines and processes from scratch
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Have good communication skills verbally and in text in both Swedish and English
• Able to travel frequently

We are looking for a driven security professional passionate about problem solving within the security field and with an operational oriented approach. You will be based at our HQ in Stockholm but working with our security across the country.
