Learnlife is currently seeking a Learning Guide Assistant to join our Secondary Years Program in Barcelona. The position is available immediately.

Role Overview
This is not your conventional educational institution. We eschew traditional classroom structures opting instead for multiage program groups and a curriculumfree approach.
As part of our dynamic learning team you will collaborate on designing learning experiences oversee selfdirected learners and provide pushin and pullout support to learners during learning experiences.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Assist learning guides in ensuring a seamless daily learning experience for learners.
- Collaborate with the learning team to facilitate learning experiences across all program groups ages 1218.
- Foster a nurturing and empowering learning culture promoting selfconfidence agency and selfmanagement skills among learners to foster selfdirected learning.
- Supervise and facilitate play opportunities for learners during free periods snack breaks and lunchtime.
- Participate in regular planning collaboration and professional development sessions with the learning team contributing to the iterative design process.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders within the Learnlife community including operations finance and admissions.
- Serve as a role model for our community and company values.
Requirements
Your qualities and qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students aged 1218.
- Proficiency in English at a C2 level is essential; Spanish proficiency is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build trust with adolescents.
- Strong collaborative and creative skills adaptable to a fastpaced agile environment.
