Secondline ICT helpdesk 4 months Brussels

One of our important clients is currently looking for a Secondline ICT helpdesk for a 4 month contract based in Brussels.

Please find the description below :

We are looking for temporary support as a secondline technician for the ICT helpdesk. It concerns initially a support for 3 months and then possibly extendable for another 3 months.
The Technology OTicer (microinformatics) provides informatics secondline assistance to users. He provides informatics assistance to the user at the hardware and software level.
1. The work environment :
Handle calls and requests:
analysing the problem and methodically listing the diTerent solutions.
Followup of calls
Installation of workstations of software.
Testing hardware/software
Documenting
Realisation and management of internal general or specific documentation
bureautics tools for the user
Respect of procedures and inventory of IT material

Requirements

Job requirements :
2.1 Personal qualities
Ability to work in a group

Communicative
Participate in meetings
Stressresistant

2.2 Knowledge and experience
Knowledge at hardware level : PC printers smartphone polycom....
Good general computer knowledge
Knowledge of OS Windows 11
Knowledge of OTice 365
Basic knowledge of network infrastructure
Basic knowledge of telephony
Knowledge of the 2nd national language
Driving license B

2.3 Committed to customer service
Willingness to listen and diplomacy
Interpersonal skills
Detecting the real needs of users
Verifying that customers needs were met.
