Job Description: Complete Seat Engineer
- Proficiency in Catia V5
- Indepth knowledge of complete seat components and packaging
- Handson experience in Seat Frame Foam and Plastic design
- Expertise in Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R)
- Familiarity with Request for Quotation (RFQ) proposal processes
- Strong skills in Customer presentations
- Ability to create and manage engineering budgets
- Proficient in ProblemSolving techniques and root cause analysis
- Understanding of the product development process
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes including Stamping Tooling and Injection molding
- Project Management skills
- Familiarity with Seating regulations and testing procedures
- Competence in cost reduction
