1. Catia V5
2. Knowledge of complete seat components and packaging
3. Experience in Seat Frame Foam Plastic design
4. Expertise in DFMEA DVP&R
5. Knowledge of RFQ proposal
6. Excellent in Customer presentations
7. Create an engineering budget
8. Problem Solving technique / root cause analysis
9. Knowledge of product development process
10. Manufacturing knowledge (Stamping Tooling Injection molding)
11. Project Management
12. Knowledge of Seating regulation and testing
13. cost reduction and design optimization
14. Good knowledge of Interior parts (hard trim and IP/FC)
