Act as a Scrum Master for agile development teams facilitating sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Collaborate with product owners developers and other stakeholders to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
Guide teams in the adoption and continuous improvement of agile principles and methodologies.
Use JIRA and Trello to manage and track sprint progress user stories and team velocity.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress enabling the team to achieve their goals.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and alignment with project objectives
Requirements
Bachelors degree in CSE/IT additionally MBA or a related field.
Proven experience (25 years) as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and the ability to tailor them to the needs of the team.
Experience using project management tools particularly JIRA and Trello.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fostering a collaborative team environment.
ScrumMaster certification (CSM) is a plus.
Ability to adapt in a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry technology and customer needs.
This position is for the Nagpur office candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur may only apply.
