Job Summary:The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding and coaching crossfunctional teams in the Agile and Scrum framework. They will work closely with product owners developers data scientists and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective development processes in AI/ML projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Framework: Act as a servantleader ensuring that Agile and Scrum principles and practices are followed throughout the development process.
Team Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospectives) and ensure that they are productive and focused.
Team Empowerment: Help the team make decisions remove impediments and foster a selforganizing culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
Product Owner Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog ensuring that it is clear wellstructured and aligned with business goals.
Continuous Improvement: Encourage continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing process improvements.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on team performance using data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator to resolve conflicts and facilitate problemsolving within the team.
Education and Coaching: Provide training coaching and guidance to team members and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
AI/ML Knowledge: Understanding of AI/ML development processes and challenges is a plus as it can help in addressing projectspecific needs.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a related field (Computer Science Engineering or Business ).
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant Agile/Scrum certifications.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in AI/ML or software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication facilitation and coaching skills.
- Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience in working with crossfunctional AI/ML teams is a plus.
