Position: Scrum Master

Location: Atlanta GA (Onsite)

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Act as scrum master for several scrum teams within the R&D organization driving backlog prioritization sprint planning retrospective and demos with the stakeholders
• Communicate and align with department leaders and stakeholders on project sprint plans product roadmap status change requests issues and risks
• Follows standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation.
• Identify project management process improvement opportunities incorporating lessons learned into future projects/sprints.
• Maintain scope change recognizing issues and risks and/or requests from key stakeholders
• Hosts all scrum ceremonies and Coaches team members on scrum best practice
• Remove roadblocks throughout the sprint cycle

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Strong experience as a scrum master delivering software projects
• 5 years (preferred) of experience in managing Software or IT related projects and must demonstrate a leadership role in at least two or three successful projects that were delivered on time and on budget.
• Experience managing cloudbased project implementations with one or more of the cloud providers like Azure GCP or AWS
• High degree of proficiency in PM software Microsoft Office applications and presentations
• Experience with the modern Project Management and Agile methodologies
• Experience operating in a highly matrixed & crossfunctional organization highly preferred
• BA/BS or other technical discipline
