Support creation and ongoing updates of SCM Compliance strategy performance metrics and operating framework.
Support our clients Supply Chains legal regulatory and customer compliance requirements including conflict minerals program risk assessments screening and monitoring.
Implement SCM Compliance policies performance metrics and operating framework to ensure meeting our clients Supply Chains legal regulatory and customer compliance requirements and drive Supplychain Sustainability and Ethical Procurement agenda.
Develop and implement process documentation as relevant.
Build the brand value of the SCM Compliance team among stakeholders and ensure regular connectup with key stakeholders.
Mix of management and selfdirected tasks
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
Supply Chain management experience including focus on SCM Compliance topics (especially Human Rights & Environment)
Fluent English language in speech and writing
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
Accurate analytical and process driven way of working
Very good communication and presentation skills
Proactive attitude ability to work independently and passion for learning
Problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and manage the project(s)
PREFERRED
Master degree
Performance and management reporting experience
Knowledge of developing and implementing processes and procedures
Interested in Lean and continuous improvement
Creativity and ability to collaborate and develop relationships
Product Quality engineering process knowledge
Very good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel (e.g. Pivot Table/Filters/Formulas Vlookup/If/Or/And/ Conditional formatting/Charts) and PowerPoint including data visualization
Knowledge of international law is an asset
