Job Summary

Granulation Expert is expected to Initiate Propose and Execute research and development Debottlenecking/Revamp New product development programs directed towards the improvement of processes and introduction of new products. Lead inhouse new process technology development scale up & implementations in commercial granulation. Provide technology support to commercial plants for the shutdown turnover and recommissioning as needed. Provide troubleshooting & Root cause analysis support and drive problem resolution for commercial plants. The technologist is also expected to provide support in Growth Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide troubleshooting & Root cause analysis support for commercial plants
• Lead various new postreactor product developments through Granulation Techniques
• Participate in inhouse new process technology development scale up & implementations in commercial plants
• Engage and Lead Feasibility study & Revamp studies for effective granulator operation at plant scale and semicommercial scales
• Independently Review Engineering Documents & Provide Steering input
• Design and supervise pilot plant experimental runs including preliminary reviews data interpretation and final reporting
• Collect and interpret plant process data to make recommendations for improvements and ensure standardized work processes are optimized
• Actively contribute to plant safety and quality programs.

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Jubail Saudi Arabia.
• Preferably holds a Masters or PhD degree
• Masters degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience or PhD with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Technology Development Plant Support Modeling and Optimization
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Strong leadership skills to effectively collaborate and influence individuals from diverse disciplines and cultures
• Ability to create foster and drive a culture of innovation within the organization
