Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented Scheduler/Remote Travel professional to join our team in the Hospitality industry. This role will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for our clients ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills strong communication abilities and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements for clients including flights accommodations and transportation
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements
• Manage travel itineraries and ensure all bookings are accurate and uptodate
• Provide support to clients during their travels including troubleshooting any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a travel coordination or scheduling role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
