Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift (Mon Fri; 7AM 4PM)
Work Setup: Hybrid Eastwood/Makati

What do you need to succeed

  • 3 years of experience in a scheduling role
  • Previous experience scheduling high volumes of services within a fastpaced environment
  • Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software systems
  • High level of organization and communication skills
  • Relevant knowledge of equipment installation and service regulations

What awaits you in this role

  • Ensure rostering and scheduling of install and service technicians is logistically sound efficient and effective utilizing staff and contractor resource pools in compliance with industrial awards and agreements outlined in contracts.
  • Attend to daytoday rescheduling to cover unplanned changes in technicians availability including personal leave and emergency replacement or backfilling requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between the skills required for the service or installation and the technician s skills and qualifications scheduled for the job at all times.
  • Generate technician callout rosters within the required rostering software program and agreed roster issue timeframes.
  • Maximize the use of available technicians through effective job allocation minimizing job costing.
  • Minimize technician travel time when rostering them for jobs.
  • Provide constant communication and job status updates to service and network customer service coordinators diagnostic managers the network manager and other Levanta departments such as warehouse project management and sales equipment ordering as required.
  • Regularly and adequately communicate lacking technician resources or oversupply of technician resources to the Network Lead and Service & Network Manager.
  • Ensure adequate briefs are received from diagnostics managers to facilitate sending the right technicians to the right jobs at the right time.
  • Complete monthly reporting on schedule adherence and customer feedback as required.
  • Complete costed schedules and costed schedule changes as requested.
  • Develop and optimize the scheduling software.
  • Develop route mapping per state.
  • Manage scheduling systems to optimize the technician and contractor workforce within agreed customer service times.
  • Work to maximize systems connection to allow for as much automation and automated systems reporting as possible.
