The company is a solution provider with its own SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) satellite constellation.
It constructs and operates a constellation through the development and operation of small SAR satellites generating and providing data. Using proprietary data analysis capabilities Synspective offers datadriven solutions to various global challenges.
The main business activities include the operation of a satellite constellation through the development manufacturing and launch of small SAR satellites and related systems. This encompasses the sale of acquired data and the development and sale of data analysis solutions.

Department/Unit
The Solution Development Department is responsible for data analysis using satellite imagery (SAR optical) and developing solution services.
The department consists of 26 members in total. Within it the GEOINT Engineering Unit comprises four members. With the expansion of our business we are seeking individuals who can perform SAR data analysis together.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for data analysis service development support and operation of solutions for disaster monitoring and security solutions among our inhouse satellite data solutions.
Specific Tasks
- Planning and proposing solution services based on customer needs
- Operation of solution services
- Evaluation and requirement definition of data analysis methods and processing tools
- Coordination with the satellite data production team for inhouse satellite data and analysis quality management

Minimum Requirements
- English
- Experience in interpreting satellite imagery
- Interest in the field of security and defense
- No resistance to English

- Experience in SAR data interpretation and analysis for security and defense purposes

- Basic knowledge of radar and radar data

Annual Salary:JPY
- Based on experience ability and previous work experience
- Personnel evaluation system every 6 months
Hours: Flextime system
- Core time from 11:00 15:00
- 2 days off a week (weekends) including Japanese public holidays
- 10 days of paid time leave granted first year with an increment of 1 day every following year (ex. 11 days in the second year) up to a maximum in accordance with Japans labor laws.
