Key Responsibilities:

Overall ownership and responsibility of the SAP module WM

Process design and application configuration for SAP WM Module

Process design and application configuration for the module requirement gathering blueprinting unit testing integration testing automated testing reports custom development functional specifications business process knowledge of respective area ITSM SOLMAN CSV documentation Solutioning cross module knowledge interfaces error resolution SAP related other functional tasks

Work with the end users and business owners to map SAP standard processes to the business needs of the client.

Assist the business users with the SAP functionality and participate in the blueprinting of business processes and system integration challenges.

SAP Projects Enhancement and Support responsibilities for SAP module on the SAP S/4 HANA platform.

Change Request (CR) feasibility and effort estimate and participation in Change Control Board activities. Approve Design Changes from the IT perspective. Act as solution architect for business process implementation in SAP system.

Provide delivery of IT services in respective areas.

Leverage existing applications systems and processes

Ensure IT user base is effectively trained and positioned to use all available system functionalities

Ensure IT activities are executed according to regulatory compliance standards. Work with Corporate QA to ensure compliance requirements are defined managed and monitored

Communication skills solution finalization solution presentation to business user

Troubleshooting complex business/application/technical problems)

Technical Experience:

Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

Experience in leading the design development and implementation of SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

Experience in providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
