Job Description

The Solution Architect must have/demonstrate the following skills & abilities/attributes:

• Executive Presence
• Exceptional consultative skills with customers, using best practices and past experience
• Demonstrated Leadership Skills
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated understanding of HR Organizational Domain to include the departmental processes/policies/procedures
• Understand Organizational Elements of Client Businesses and how they are managed within SuccessFactors
• Detailed knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Application Suite EC, Recruitment , Time, Performance, Compensation with ability to discuss & guide clients on options, integration points, and best practices
• Understand when client's business requirement can and cannot be addressed with a Best Practices SuccessFactors implementation
• Work with client stakeholders at all levels to manage expectations
• Create/manage project plans in partnership with project managers (internal & client)
• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
• Believe in and embody a dedicated customer service attitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others

Other Requirements:

• A bachelor s degree or equivalent (masters preferred)
• No less than 12 years business computer application implementation experience
• A minimum of 10 years Cloud HR/HCM Implementation project experience
• A minimum of 8 years delivering global, multi-national, >10,000 employee client SuccessFactors engagements
• Understand the underlying technical architecture of a Cloud SaaS Product

Requirements

At least 4 current, up-to-date, SuccessFactors Certifications - preferred are:

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core 2023
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2023 this is OnBoarding 2.0 mentioned above
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation 2023
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Recruiter Experience 2023
• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience 2023
• Those having 3 or more SuccessFactors Professional Certifications will receive preferrential consideration
