Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• SAP Successfactor implementation and administration with LMS focus.
• Indepth knowledge of Learning Management System including configuration reporting and integration capabilities.
• Strong analytical and Problem solving skills
• Certification in SAP Successfactors and LMSrelated training is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivery within estimated timelines.
• Requirement gathering and design architecture.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements.
• Lead the configuration and setup of SAP SF LMS to fulfill client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any reported issue post golive.
• Provide enduser training and support to ensure smooth delivery if required.
• Maintain documentation as per industry standards for configurations processes and system integrations.
