MAC Consulting is hiring for an SAP Senior Project Manager to join our Programme team. This individual will be responsible for project managing to deliver across a range of Programme projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build client and industry knowledge.
- Build and lead crossfunctional project teams assigning roles and responsibilities fostering collaboration and providing direction to achieve project objectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting to provide visibility and accountability to stakeholders as well as keep track of the project.
- Support project initiation and design project implementation including project management aspects such as time cost quality and delivery.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants involved in the project ensuring adherence to contractual agreements timelines and deliverables.
- Develop training programs and provide support to endusers to facilitate successful SAP adoption and utilization.
- Demonstrate core consulting skills.
- Take personal responsibility for individual development.
- Contribute to collaborative team initiatives acting as a team contributor and supporting others.
Requirements
- At least 10 years in management consulting or a professional services environment.
- Experience working on programmes focused on SAP implementations utilizing project management methodologies such as Agile Waterfall or a Hybrid of the two.
- Bachelor s degree is a minimum requirement.
- Postgraduate (Honours level) preferred. MBA optional.
- SAP certifications e.g. SAP S/4 Hana
- Indepth knowledge and experience with SAP systems modules and functionalities are essential.
- Exceptional verbal written and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and build impactful relationships.
- Strong humancantered approach and soft skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Deliver impactful work of high quality.
- Ability to deliver work promptly.
- Selfmotivated to deliver meaningful work.
