SAP SD

• Handle help desk ticket and ensure functional support for issues within SAP domain
• Supports large and critical software applications within the organization
• Executes schedules and documentation to ensure assigned projects come to successful conclusion
• Candidate should have good knowledge on Change Management/Incident Management
• Candidate should have good knowledge on support activities and should have at least 1 full cycle implementations with good experience in
• Work on Break-Fix and Enhancement Requests
• Understand business requirements, create solution briefs and articulate the end to end process design
• Conduct workshops and draw comparisons with industry best practices
• Prepare Functional Specification, Blueprinting, Test scripts (Unit and Integration)
• Performing Unit Testing (Configuration, Custom Development, etc) in Development and Staging environments, including Regression Testing

Qualifications for SAP SD consultant

• Logistics Execution including outbound shipping, picking, packing, shipment creation
• VMS, Vehicle Management System, would be an added advantage
• Good SAP SD module skills
• Pricing procedure including routines for sales process
• Tax determination
• Revenue account determination (integration with FICO)
