Requirements

• Manage end-to-end SAP Qualtrics XM implementation and business support for on-going surveys.
  
• Work closely with local and global teams to develop and maintain an application platform for employee experience functionalities.
  
• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
  
• Apply globalization and localization process or templates wherever required
  
• Facilitate workshop, training sessions, and data migration (if applicable) of client s key users
  
• Work closely with team members (both onsite and offshore) to facilitate successful integration between modules where applicable.
  
• Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing and future support.
  

• Work experience at companies such as software vendors, SaaS service vendors, consulting firms, etc.
  
• Experience in implementing technical aspects of business applications such as ERP, CRM, and BI.
  
• Proficient with HTML/CSS and Javascript.
