Job Description
Rate: DOE
Duration: 5 months
Location: Lyndhurst NJ
Hybrid role 34 days offsite 12 days onsite a week. Must be local.
PreQualifying Questions:
1. Have you led at least 2 SAP Programs
2. Do you have experience managing S/4 projects
3. Do you have Strong communication skills
4. Do you have strong client face skills
Skills:
Program ManagementThe ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Project ManagementSAP S/4HANA project management experience required (version 1809 or higher) Excellent client facing skills.
Requirements:
The ability to perform the below:
Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)
Experience presenting to large groups focused on SAP solutions and functionality
Business process analysis and design experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process design and implementation
Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis conceptual and detailed design configuration testing training change management support
Create and manage SAP project schedules using ACTIVATE Methodology
General consulting skills including team facilitation business case development and business assessment / strategy
Project management: lead medium to large teams of 550 resources (both consulting and client employees)
Experience interacting with clients and building business relationships
Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills
Experience scoping and estimating SAP implementation projects
Deliverables:
Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
Participate as primary co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other:
Contractor must have their own Windows based laptop with SAP GUI installed
Contractor laptop much have current security software installed
Program Management-The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project Management-SAP S/4HANA project management experience required (version 1809 or higher), Excellent client facing skills.
