Procurement Lead

The Procurement lead needs to have S4Hana implementation work experience with knowledge of ricefs how they are deployed and tracked. This lead needs to know SAP module work and have experience with testing after modules have been configured.

SAP Procurement Modules Knowledge:

• SAP MM (Material Management): This module is central to P2P processes and involves procurement and inventory management.
• SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management): For managing supplier relationships sourcing and procurement.

Configuration and Customization:

• Configure SAP MM and SRM modules to align with the organizations specific P2P requirements.
• Customize the system to meet business process needs.

Integration Skills:

• Understand and configure integration points between SAP MM SRM and other relevant modules like SAP Finance (FI) and SAP Controlling (CO).

Procurement Process Expertise:

• Indepth knowledge of endtoend procurement processes from requisition to purchase order creation goods receipt and invoice verification.

Vendor Management:

• Implement and optimize processes related to vendor onboarding performance evaluation and collaboration.

Master Data Management:

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in master data related to vendors materials and purchasing info records.

Workflow Management:

• Configure workflow processes for approvals and ensure smooth flow through the P2P cycle.
