SAP Integration Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead endtoend delivery of SAP integration projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with business leaders and IT teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets and track progress against milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP integration initiatives liaising with internal stakeholders external vendors and SAP consultants.
• Manage crossfunctional project teams assigning tasks and responsibilities and providing guidance and support as needed.
• Identify potential risks and issues and develop strategies to mitigate them to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee testing phases to validate the functionality and performance of integrated SAP solutions coordinating with endusers to gather feedback and address issues.
• Provide training and support to endusers to facilitate the adoption of new SAP systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards best practices and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency scalability and reliability of SAP integration processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP integration with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Extensive experience working in the Food and Beverage industry bottling industry or warehouse management is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA SAP BW/4HANA SAP PI/PO SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) SAP Data Services etc.
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
• Proven problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• SAP certification(s) preferred.
