Must Have:

Must have SAP HR Functional Expertise

• Experience in Personnel administration (PA) Personnel time management Payroll accounting and organizational management.
• Experience in Success Factor
• Develop and execute test plans test cases and scenarios
• Conduct thorough testing of file transfer mechanisms from local environments to Middleware like Seeburger and MessageWay.
• Validate file integrity format and content posttransfer ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform integration testing to guarantee seamless functionality between systems.
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to address any issues and ensure smooth deployment.
• Document test results issues found and suggest improvements in the file transfer process.
• Strong proficiency in writing test cases executing test scripts and conducting various types of testing (integration regression etc.).
• Capability to perform validation across different servers and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problemsolving.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Good to have

• Knowledge of Shell script
• Experience with Seeburger or MessageWay servers.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and technologies related to file transfer protocols and QA methodologies.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance specifically in testing file transfer processes and unix shell scripts
• Familiarity with FTP protocols unix shell scripting language vi editor and file formatting/validation.
