Position: SAP HCM EC Consultant
Location: Any Client Location
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Job Description:
- Experience in SAP HR. Must have done at least 23 end to end implementation in SAP HR and Payroll
- HCM Payroll schemas operations
- PA OM Benefits CATS & Time
- Should know about S4 migration
- Strong knowledge of integrations between SAP HCM SF Kronos and thirdparty systems
- Good to have HCM ABAP debugging skill
- SuccessFactors experience Minimum 2 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central.
- Must be certified Should have in depth understanding of EC data models Should be adept in configuring EC workflows writing complex business rules Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Time off and Time sheet Solutions.
- Excellent understanding of the Employee Central Time off and Time sheet and related modules.
