Job Description

We aresearching for a SAP HCM Developer.

Must have 3 yrs experience with SAP HCM development Web Dynpro & SAPUI5

Must be able to work hybrid in Munich Germany

Must speak German and English on at least C1 level

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in SAP HR development and in the implementation of larger programming projects with ABAP Fiori/UI5 or Web Dynpro
  • Ideally solid experience in the SAP modules PA PY and OM
  • Practical experience in dialog programming (SAP GUI Web Dynpro) in the creation of reports and in the adaptation of user exits and BAPIs
  • Proactive independent way of working and team spirit as well as communication skills
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English skills


Responsibilities

  • Creation of technical concepts and programming templates based on customerspecific requirements
  • Development in ABAP ABAP Objects and Fiori mainly in the central SAP HR modules PA PY and OM
  • Further development of the global qualification management system based on the HR modules PA OM and PE
  • Interface development based on web services for connecting SAP and nonSAP systems
  • Active support for inhouse SAP consultants in HR development projects
  • Helping to shape the major technology changeover to innovative SAP S/4HANA systems
  • Participation in the global introduction of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
