As an Application Support Engineer for Packaged Application Development you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems related to SAP for Oil & Gas. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and support to ensure smooth functioning of the systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for SAP for Oil & Gas applications including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems related to the application.
Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the application and its support processes.
Participate in the testing and deployment of new application releases and upgrades.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP for Oil & Gas applications.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA SAP Fiori and SAP ABAP.
Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
