Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP FICO to oversee fund and grant disbursements
• Develop and maintain financial plans and budgets
• Ensure compliance with fund and grant regulations
• Prepare financial reports for fund and grant activities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on fund and grantrelated matters
• Monitor fund and grant expenditures and variances
• Optimize fund utilization to align with organizational goals
• Conduct periodic fund and grant audits
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in fund and grant management
• Provide guidance on fund and grant management best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to fund and grant management
• Support financial forecasting and planning activities
• Participate in fund and grantrelated project implementations
• Assist in the development of fund and grant management policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
• Proven experience in SAP FICO implementation and configuration
• Demonstrated expertise in fund management and grant accounting
• Familiarity with financial planning and analysis
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for fund and grant management
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in auditing and internal controls
• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of best practices in fund and grant management
• Relevant certifications in SAP FICO or finance
• Understanding of project management principles
