Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP FICO implementation.
• Configure customize and maintain SAP FICO modules to meet business needs.
• Provide expertise in financial and management accounting processes within the SAP ERP system.
• Integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as MM SD and HR for endtoend business process integration.
• Design and implement financial reporting solutions using SAP FICO tools.
• Support end users in understanding and utilizing SAP FICO functionalities through training and documentation.
• Participate in system upgrades enhancements and new module implementations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to SAP FICO configuration and functionality.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of SAP FICO with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated with SAP FICO best practices and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SAP FICO Consultant or in a similar role.
• Indepth knowledge of SAP FICO modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Accounting and Controlling.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FICO functionalities to align with business processes.
• Strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to perform SAP FICO system testing data migration and enduser training.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in SAP FICO is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and business process integration.
