Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. SAP CRM Implementation:

    • Lead the design and implementation of SAP CRM solutions to meet business requirements and improve customer engagement.
    • Configure SAP CRM modules including Sales Marketing and Service based on organizational needs.
  2. Customization and Enhancement:

    • Customize SAP CRM functionalities to align with specific business processes and enhance user experience.
    • Implement enhancements and addons to address unique business challenges and opportunities.
  3. Integration:

    • Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (such as SAP ERP) and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and a holistic view of customer interactions.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integration interfaces.
  4. User Training and Support:

    • Provide training to endusers on SAP CRM functionalities and best practices.
    • Offer ongoing support to resolve issues answer queries and ensure smooth system operation.
  5. Data Management:

    • Implement effective data management strategies within SAP CRM ensuring accuracy consistency and security of customer information.
    • Collaborate with data teams to maintain highquality customer data.
  6. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within SAP CRM to provide insights into customer behavior sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
    • Utilize analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations to enhance the overall efficiency of customer relationship management.
    • Stay updated on the latest SAP CRM features and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SAP CRM Consultant with a focus on SAP CRM modules.
  • Indepth knowledge of SAP CRM functionalities configurations and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problemsolving mindset with the ability to analyze complex CRM issues.
