Job Description:

Business Analyst:

Responsibilities:

• Assessing Business Needs:

Conduct business process analysis collaborate with stakeholders and observe existing workflows.

Understand specialized business requirements.

• Client Understanding:

Cultivate a deep understanding of the clients business including their unique requirements and pain points.

• Functional Documentation:

Document functional business requirements process flow diagrams and business use cases.

Analyze complex business problems and help define solutions within the center point ecosystem.

• Collaboration and Solution Definition:

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and propose effective solutions.

Evaluate IT infrastructure and facilitate costeffective improvements.

Collaborate with the IT team to offer technical solutions and resolve issues.

• Integrating SAP Software:

Determine how to integrate SAP software programs to enhance targeted business processes.

Assess business needs through process analysis collaboration and observation.

Document SAP processes and prepare detailed business requirements.

• ETL and Data Integration:

Maintain documentation related to ETL processes data lineage and data dictionaries.

• Testing and Validation:

Conduct unit testing integration testing and data validation.

Ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information technology computer science management information systems business finance or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst. SAP experience highly desired related industry experience preferred.
• Experience with similar business processes supported through SAP.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and other MS applications.

Good to have:

• Experience with utility domain.
• SAP certification (preferred)
