SAP ASSESSORS OCDEA

Our client is an award winning consultancy firm within Energy and Sustainability for the construction industry. One of the specialist services they deliver is residential energy assessments using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP).
Due to their continued growth which has seen their company double in the last few years they are looking to recruit selfmotivated energy assessors to produce energy assessments and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for large national developers using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) methodology.

Tasks

This is a homebased role and no site visits are required as part of the NewBuild SAP/EPC process. You are welcome to go to the office if you wish but this is completely your choice.

Requirements

You will need to have your OCDEA qualification and be used to producing SAP 10 on a daily basis. Our client operates flexible working to ensure you have a great work life balance. For those who wish to work standard hours they work 9am till 5pm Monday to Thursday and finish at 4pm on a Friday.
