Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Inspecting the manufacturing process to determine sanitation protocols.
- Designing and implementing sanitation policies and protocols.
- Coordinating and monitoring cleaning schedules.
- Creating and distributing work schedules for the sanitation workers.
- Performing daily inspections of the manufacturing facility and reporting any irregularities.
- Implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities.
- Providing feedback to company managers and advising on manufacturing changes.
- Monitoring the preparation and use of cleaning chemicals.
- Training sanitation workers and organizing refresher workshops for existing staff.
- Coordinating the services of contractors and external cleaning crews.
- Orders sanitation chemicals and equipment as needed.
- Must be able to work independently, able to follow verbal and written instructions, detail-oriented, fast paced, team player, and able to meet the attendance requirements. Previous food or beverage plant sanitation experience is a plus.

- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
- Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
SHIFT: MON - FRI 9PM-6AM AND SUNDAYS 5PM-1AM
