Overview:

The Salesforce FSA Lead plays a crucial role in leading and managing the Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSA) team responsible for implementing and optimizing Salesforce solutions to drive business processes and productivity. This role is essential in ensuring seamless integration between sales service and marketing functions for improved customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the FSA team in designing developing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee the configuration customization and integration of Salesforce modules.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce FSA processes and best practices.
  • Manage user access security settings and user permissions in Salesforce.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex Salesforce issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce FSA processes and solutions.
  • Participate in Agile meetings and lead sprint planning related to Salesforce FSA initiatives.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and ensure the team meets SLAs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align Salesforce FSA with overall CRM strategy.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases features and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
  • Enable effective communication and knowledge sharing within the FSA team.
  • Contribute to the strategic roadmap for Salesforce FSA in alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership for the adoption and governance of Salesforce FSArelated processes.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant credentials.
  • Proven experience in leading FSA implementations and managing Salesforce FSA solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM particularly in customization and configuration of FSA.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading and developing highperforming Salesforce teams.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills to address complex Salesforce FSA challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience in overseeing integrations with external systems and tools.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies using Salesforce FSA.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
  • Proficiency in driving user adoption and change management initiatives within Salesforce FSA.
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance and align Salesforce FSA with business goals.
