Overview:
The Salesforce Vlocity Developer plays a crucial role in the organization by designing developing and implementing customized Salesforce and Vlocity solutions to meet specific business needs. This role is essential in ensuring the effective integration and optimization of Vlocity applications within the Salesforce ecosystem ultimately contributing to enhanced customer experiences and streamlined business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Vlocity solutions and processes
- Design implement and troubleshoot scalable and reusable software/API systems: ntier and cloudbased systems
- Experience in components with webbased technologies like HTML CSS and JavaScript and modern frameworks like Angular jQuery React.js or similar.
- Experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Lightning
- Handson experience in developing Vlocity components Omniscript DataRaptor Document Template Apex Language VistualForce Lighting Web Components Customer Objects Lightning Design System (LDS) etc.
- Knowledge of Salesforce REST SOAP and Metadata API and integration experience with calling external REST/SOAP APIs and web services from Salesforce
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for Vlocity solutions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless Vlocity and Salesforce integration
- Perform Vlocity application upgrades enhancements and maintenance activities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Vlocity applications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce application development experience with a minimum of 2 years of Vlocity development experience
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Platform Developer 1 & 2 Administrator 201
Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer
Vlocity Certified Platform Developer (Must have)
Expert in Java Go Python
Expert in Lightning Apex VisualForce SOQL/SOSL and Javascript
Expert in Vlocity Omniscripts Vlocity Data Raptors Vlocity cards Vlocity integration Procedures etc.
Experienced with Salesforce SOAP API REST API and BULK API
Experienced in working with Integration technologies and web services (REST & SOAP JSON & XML etc.)
Experienced with Web UI frameworks in Visualforce pages or Lightning components.
Experienced in deploying Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions
Experienced with data management and data migration principles and applications
Familiarity working with CI/CD tools (Copado Git Jenkins Ant etc.)
Broad knowledge of Service Cloud Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud is helpful (including native configuration Apex LWC and VisualForce)
Excellent verbal written communication interpersonal and presentation skills
