Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Salesforce administration with focus on Sales Cloud

1. Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification

1. Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems

1. Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.

1. Experience in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases.

1. Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles allocating roles and managing access.

1. Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements.

1. Ability to apply critical thinking analytical and problemsolving skills in a fastpaced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed.

1. Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

1. Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows reports custom objects and validation rules.
