Role: Salesforce QA with Marketing Cloud
Location: Remote
We have an urgent requirement for a Salesforce QA with Marketing Cloud resource with 7 years of experience. This is a remote requirement but the resources should be based out in the USA.

Required Experience: MC Implementation Trigger Journeys Scheduled Automation/Journeys
Collaborate with members of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Campaign Delivery team to understand key campaign inputs and parameters such as subscriber audience creative assets datadriven personalization and developing an appropriate customerspecific testing approach.
Provide quality assurance reviews and other support throughout the process of developing coding and launching Marketing Cloud email campaigns related landing pages and SMS sends
Review key aspects of the design build and deployment processes to ensure optimal quality including:
Email construction and coding including some HTML CSS and AMPscript
Email editorial and creative content including copy and visual elements
Email functionality including links and datadriven personalization
Subscriber data import and segmentation including data extension configuration and filters
Deployment configuration including subject lines audience selection/exclusions and send date and time
Communicate inconsistencies back to appropriate resources for correction
Develop maintain and continuously improve campaign process and quality assurance documentation
Guide the customer as needed providing input on strategy including product advisory support and enablement
Experience creating customized testing scenarios and processes
Strong knowledge of spreadsheet tools (Excel Google Sheets Quip Spreadsheets)
Knowledge of HTML CSS AMPscript and email coding best practices
Knowledge of related testing tools such as Litmus and/or Email on Acid
Ability to work effectively within fastpaced teams and manage multiple collaboration channels tools and resources
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and customer deadlines with minimal oversight
Ability to decipher digital assets and understand how components interrelate
Good understanding of the latest trends in process efficiencies and methodologies
Experience working in a customerfacing role.
