Experience/Skills Required

1. 5 years of professional Indepth experience in Software Quality Assurance & Testing.
2. Good understanding of SDLCSTLC ALM and various software testing models and methodologies.
3. Candidate should have experience in Salesforce CRM applications.
4. Experience creating automation test suites at scale using Worksoft Certify
5. Good knowledge of database testing
6. Proficient of using ALM and Jira for test management.
7. A Salesforce tester should be familiar with load testing tools like JMeter/NeoLoad to validate the complex flows which can offer inconsistent results in Salesforce.
8. Knowledge of Apex is a plus

Role & Responsibilities

1. Ability to research solve problems and work both independently and in a team environment.
2. Write test scripts for new functionality / enhancements
3. Create both positive and negative Test Scenarios
4. Able to perform Equivalence Partitioning and Boundary Value Analysis
5. Run Functional Test Cases for new functionality/ enhancements.
6. Run Regression Test suite to support existing functionality.
7. Should be able to conduct Smoke Testing to make sure all the major functionalities are functioning as per requirement
8. Testers are also needed to work on the application and gain an understanding of its functionality to create a functional map.
9. Create manage and run automated test scripts using Selenium or any other automation tool that may be adopted in the future; be willing to learn and provide output
10. A tester should have an easy communication channel with the development team.
11. He should understand the customizable features which can be built for the Salesforce app.
12. The tester needs to execute rolebased test cases to ensure the consistency of data.
13. He should also perform a compatibility test in case Salesforce integrated with thirdparty applications.
14. Regular follow ups with Development team on defect status.
15. Attend Defect Triage calls.
16. Meeting with development team on changes introduced and testing replanning.
17. Manages and supports the execution of varying types of complex test cases: i.e. service level component functional regression mobile and endtoend etc. analysis.
18. Document defects and collaborate with the development team on managing test results and feedback to developers.
19. Provides detailed status reporting metrics and execution dashboards.
20. Works well with customers and vendors knows when and how hard to push to maintain a stable and reliable environment.
21. Performs technical troubleshooting /diagnostic analysis of system defects and conducts impact assessment.
