JOB TITLE: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Owner

LOCATION: 100% Remote

START DATE: 02/28/24.

Contract: 6 months ContracttoHire

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the domain expert and point of contact for the Salesforce Marketing platform including all integrations with our clients systems
• Assess the Salesforce product capabilities and identify opportunities to improve our utilization and bring greater value to the organization
• Develop and maintain a strategy including clear objectives and a roadmap to deliver the strategy
• Support the Patient product team roadmap as it relates to patient transactional communications email and text

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role focused on the Salesforce platform
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing product capabilities
• Understanding of product engineering and product management process using agile methodology
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
• Experience with project lifecycle management tools such as Confluence and JIRA
• Understanding of payloads and real time triggers used for dynamic personlized and timely Marketing emails and text messages

Nice to Have:

• Experience in healthcare consumer solutions
