The Role of Salesforce integration is pivotal in creating a connected and efficient ecosystem
that maximizes the value of Salesforce as a central hub for customer information and business
processes. Successful integration enhances organizational agility collaboration and decision
making capabilities.
Salesforce integration and customization REST web services API Integration Salesforce APIs
(SFDC SFMC) and Common Data Model
Data Modeling and Processing Data Flows SQL Queries
Requirements
Develop and design integration workflows and processes using Workato to connect applications
across cloud and onpremises environments.
Utilize Workato's capabilities to create seamless data flows and automation between different
systems with a focus on optimising business processes.
Leverage strong experience in Salesforce integration and customization to connect Salesforce with
other applications and systems.
Implement solutions that enable the synchronization of data between Salesforce and external
platforms ensuring a unified and uptodate view of customer information.
Analyse integration requirements provided by stakeholders and conduct a gap analysis to identify
any missing or unmet needs in the integration processes.
Work closely with business users and IT teams to understand their requirements and translate
them into effective integration solutions.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of REST web services and API integration principles.
Implement integrations using RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between different systems
and ensure data consistency.
Have solid knowledge of Salesforce APIs including Salesforce (SFDC) and Salesforce Marketing
Cloud (SFMC).
Work with the Common Data Model to ensure standardised data structures and seamless data
exchange between Salesforce and other integrated applications.
Apply proficiency in data modelling to design efficient data structures that support integration
requirements.
Utilize SQL queries to process data flows extract information from databases and transform data
as needed for successful integration.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts developers and system
administrators to gather requirements and implement effective integration solutions.
Communicate technical concepts and solutions to nontechnical stakeholders.
