Salesforce Engineering Lead

• Lead the design development and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions
  
• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. Provide technical guidance mentorship and support for project success
  
• Develop solutions in Sales Cloud Service Cloud Pardot and Experience Cloud
  
• Advocate and implement salesforce best practices like code coverage security principles integration patterns and platform health
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
  
• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
  
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases industry trends and emerging technologies
  
• Play a key role in team problem solving leveraging strong relationships built with those in product and technology.
  
• Influence the priority of work and ensure customer and business value is understood and validated.
  
• Contribute heavily to decomposing initiatives into incrementally deliverable pieces of value realizing designs that incorporate movement to a shared technology vision which they influence.
  
• Support team systems during hours and optionally after hours. Lead incident reviews driving the continuous improvement of service to our customers and our engineering capability.
  
• Help establish measure and acton system service level objectives.
  

Requirements

• 7 years of Salesforce development experience preferably in a multicloud integrated environment
  
• Expertise in utilizing Apex Triggers Lightning Flows Lightning Components/LWCs for effective code delivery.
  
• HandsOn experience in integrating Salesforce using REST APIs with different applications.
  
• Leadership experience will be highly sought after
  
• Experience in microservice architectures is preferred
  
• Thorough understanding of CICD source code driven development.
  
• Mandatory minimum Salesforce certifications for this role are Platform Developer 1 and App Builder/Administrator.
  
• Any other architect level certifications will be highly regarded
