Salesforce Engineer

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Engineer. The Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for designing developing and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform and a proven track record of delivering highquality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform including but not limited to custom objects fields workflows process builder flows Apex classes triggers Visualforce pages Lightning components and integrations.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and design technical solutions that align with business objectives.
  
• Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations and codebase in compliance with best practices coding standards and security guidelines.
  
• Conduct code reviews unit tests and performance tuning to ensure highquality and scalable Salesforce solutions.
  
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams including business analysts solution architects and quality assurance testers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by end users and provide technical support and guidance as needed.
  
• Stay current on Salesforce platform updates new features and industry trends and leverage them to drive innovation and improve system performance.
  
• Document technical designs implementation details and system configurations and provide knowledge transfer and training to team members and end users.
  
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
  
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
  
• Experience working as a Salesforce Engineer with a strong focus on Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and Salesforce integrations.
  
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture data model security model and limitations.
  
• Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies including Salesforce DX Git and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps) is preferred.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
