A multibilliondollar energy utility client is leading the clean energy transition in New York City and Westchester County. The client invests hundreds of millions of dollars annually to integrate distributed resources into electric and gas systems support electric vehicle charging infrastructure and scale adoption of energy efficiency and clean heating technologies across customers.

The clients Clean Energy Platform Engineering team is currently building out their Production Support group to support several enterprise level clean energy Salesforce based applications. There is currently a Build team in place comprised of roughly 40 Developers who have built these clean energy applications and as a Salesforce Production Support Specialist you will be responsible for testing debugging and performing maintenance on these applications. In addition to technical expertise in Salesforce we are looking for Testers who have the ability to implement process improvements to help the Build team avoid bugs and coding errors on the development side. You will play a pivotal role in pioneering how this team conducts Root Cause Analyses groups different sets of bugs and sets up scanning / monitoring.

The Build team and Run team will share team members as well and you will be responsible for working with the Build team as well so we are also looking for individuals who have strong Salesforce development experience too. Being able to assist the Build team when in their development / architecture of Salesforce applications is a necessity in this role. This Run / Production Support team currently has several openings that it is looking to fill quickly as this team is rapidly growing. The role will require being onsite in the clients NYC office at least once per week so we are looking only for currently local candidates.
